Robin leads the Allegiance team and is the named human escalation point for every closing. She has spent her career in Michigan title and closing work and personally signs off on the title commitments that go out the door.

Amy runs closings from the table side: walking buyers and sellers through the documents, fielding lender questions in real time, and making sure every signature is in the right place before funding releases.

Katrina handles the escrow side of the file from order open to disbursement. She tracks earnest money, confirms wire transfers, and keeps the closing-day numbers reconciled to the penny.

Emily coordinates the escrow workflow alongside Amy and Katrina, with a special focus on lender package handoffs and signing logistics across our Macomb and Oakland County signings.

Morgan partners with the closing team on title clearance and document preparation, making sure that every condition on the title commitment is satisfied before the closing day arrives.

Sarah is the first hands on every new file. She opens the order, sets up the title work, and after closing handles the disbursement of proceeds, payoffs, commissions, and recording fees.

Dedicated closer

Every order is assigned a closer at intake who stays with the file from open to recording. You will not be passed around a phone tree, and you will not be told to wait for someone who happens to be at lunch.

Department-routed inboxes

Five dedicated inboxes (orders, customer service, scheduling, processing, post closing) mean your message reaches the right person on the first try, even outside business hours.

Locally rooted

The team has decades of combined experience handling Michigan transactions and knows the quirks of every county Register of Deeds we file in. Local relationships that resolve issues before they become delays.
